# Zapier

> Connect Novacal with Zapier to automate your workflow and integrate with 5000+ apps. Automatically create events, send notifications, and sync data when bookings are made.

## What is Zapier?

Zapier is an automation platform that connects Novacal with thousands of other apps and services. When someone books, cancel or reschedule an event through Novacal, Zapier can automatically trigger actions in other apps like sending emails, creating tasks, updating spreadsheets, and more.

## How to connect Novacal with Zapier

1. Navigate to the [Apps & Integrations](https://app.novacal.io/integrations) page and go to [Zapier](https://app.novacal.io/integrations/zapier)
2. Click the **Connect** button to authorize Novacal with your Zapier account
3. You'll be redirected to Zapier to complete the authorization process
4. Once connected, you can create Zaps (automated workflows) using Novacal as a trigger

## How to disconnect Zapier

1. Navigate to [Apps & Integrations](https://app.novacal.io/integrations) page
2. Go to the [Zapier integration](https://app.novacal.io/integrations/zapier) page
3. Click the **Disconnect** button to revoke Zapier access
4. Note: This will disable all active Zaps connected to your Novacal account
